The Pluralsight careers page was a two-part redesign project for me, spread out over a couple of years. When I started at Pluralsight as an intern, my very first project was to redesign the very bland looking careers page. After a couple years, the people team was moving to a new platform, and requested that we redesign these pages.
We created a landing page with a goal of encouraging perspective employees to apply with perks and benefits of working at Pluralsight, along with a classic jobs page where all the available positions were listed. After the designs were created, I worked with our very talented front end developer to build these responsive pages. This project allowed for a lot of flexibility when it came to designs and I had a lot of fun creating it.
